An important function in Texas heavy construction zones is tree protection. Many municipalities have a comprehensive tree ordinance that prevents damage to or removal of saved trees.

The critical root zone (CRZ) is typically shielded by chain link fencing along the tree’s dripline or canopy. If the CRZ must be impacted, we provide a lumber “collar” to protect the trunk and lower branches from damage.
